Leading up to the Event
To ensure a successful experience, we collaborate with you to create an operation business profile, outlining your operation’s strategic goals and challenges, both short- and long-term. This profile is shared with invited business partners during the matching process to align interests.
Simultaneously, we work with each business partner to develop their business partner profile, detailing their company’s technologies and services.
You’ll review the profiles of participating business partners and select those you’d like to meet with. Meanwhile, partners review the operation business profiles of all grower attendees to determine how they can best support your goals.
Using this mutual input, we schedule meetings based on shared interest. The resulting matches populate the on-site meeting schedules.
Once meetings are finalized, we introduce you via email to each of your matched partners, enabling them to connect with you ahead of time to set agendas, prioritize discussion topics and send out supporting materials. This pre-event coordination ensures focused and productive discussions during the event.
During the Event
Engage in two full days of private, one-on-one, 50-minute business meetings with key decision-makers from top supplier companies. Beyond these focused sessions, enjoy abundant opportunities for high-value networking during meals and social events.
